Site Terms and the Rules That Bind Your Account

What this document is, and what it is not

These are the terms for using this website. They are not a gambling contract, because this site is not a casino: it holds no gaming licence, no player accounts and no games, and it cannot take a deposit, credit a bonus or pay a withdrawal. If you register at an operator through a link from here, the contract that governs your money is that operator's terms, not this page.

That distinction matters most at the moment something goes wrong. We cannot unlock an account, reverse a settlement or recover funds, because we have no relationship with your account. What we can do is explain how to read the rules that do bind it, and keep the descriptions on this site accurate.

Where the play button leads

The buttons and links that lead away from this site route to a partner operator, and the destination is selected automatically by the country you are browsing from. Two consequences follow, and both are practical rather than legal. First, the operator you reach may not be the one another reader reaches, so the licence, the bonus terms, the payment methods and the withdrawal limits are the ones published by whichever operator you actually land on. Second, any figure quoted on this site is a description of how such terms usually work, not a promise about the offer you will see.

What you may do

Read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. The explanations here exist to be used.

What you may not do

Copy pages wholesale for republication, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers, or present our text as an operator's official terms. The site is provided as it stands; we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted.

Age and jurisdiction

The material is written for adults of legal gambling age in their own jurisdiction — 18 or older, higher where local law requires it. Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in many countries, and whether it is lawful where you are is a question you have to answer for yourself. An offshore licence held by an operator does not settle it.

Accuracy over time

Operator terms change without notice, and licences expire. Everything here describes what we found at the time of writing. Before acting on anything you read, confirm it on the operator's own current pages — particularly a licence status, a wagering multiplier or a withdrawal limit, which are exactly the fields that go stale first.

The rules that actually bind your account

At whichever operator you register with, four documents decide what happens to your money, and they are worth locating before the first deposit rather than after a dispute:

• The general terms — account rules, one account per person, what counts as abuse, and the grounds on which an account can be closed.
• The bonus terms — the wagering multiplier, the maximum withdrawable from a bonus, the expiry, and which games contribute to wagering and at what rate.
• The KYC and AML policy — which documents are required and at what point. Verification is a licence obligation, not an obstacle invented to delay you, and it usually happens at the first withdrawal.
• The responsible gambling page — deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion. These controls act immediately and do not depend on support answering a message.

Complaints

A complaint goes to the operator's own support first, in writing, with the round identifiers or transaction references attached. If that fails, escalation runs through the regulator named in that operator's footer — the same number you can look up in the public register. Some jurisdictions, Malta among them, also provide an alternative dispute resolution body; most offshore licences do not.

If a description on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct the page. That is the extent of what we can do, and we would rather state it plainly than imply otherwise.

Responsible gambling

Gambling is entertainment with a negative expected value: the house edge is a property of the bet, and no strategy, bonus or loyalty tier changes it. If play has stopped being entertainment, use the operator's cooling-off or self-exclusion control first — it takes effect immediately — and contact a support organisation in your country. This site is not a counselling service and does not pretend to be one.
